The AI startup raised new capital to accelerate the development of its next-generation Trinity models across diverse infrastructure. This funding supports a platform for the operation of open models in production and expands a partnership with the Department of Energy and national laboratories on the Genesis-Science-1 project. The Series B investment values Arcee AI at more than $1 billion.

Vista Equity, Cambium Capital, and Emergence Capital led the round, with participation from Hitachi, AI10 Ventures, IAG, M12, p7ventures, and Wipro. Arcee AI is developing open weights models, and internal leadership indicates that the team has spent the last six months preparing undisclosed updates for the tool ecosystem.
