The agreement converts a June letter of intent into definitive contracts for capacity at a New York site that Blockfusion is developing for high density AI infrastructure. CoreWeave signed a 15 year anchor lease for the Niagara Falls campus, adding an expansion agreement and two five year renewal options. The facility is a former power plant converted to liquid cooled infrastructure powered predominantly by hydroelectric energy.

The project is linked to a planned merger between Blockfusion and Blue Acquisition Corp. That transaction would take the combined company public on Nasdaq under the ticker BDI if completed. The Niagara Falls campus already possesses redundant fiber and existing grid interconnection to support the data center buildout.
