Nvidia GB300 systems provided by Crusoe will power the training and inference of AI models for Perplexity AI under a multiyear arrangement. Crusoe will handle the hardware management throughout its lifecycle, although the financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The deal expands Crusoe's effort to compete with neocloud operators CoreWeave and Nebius, arriving shortly after the company secured a $13 billion AI cloud contract with Jane Street. As part of the arrangement, more than 1,800 Perplexity employees get access to Perplexity Enterprise Max, and Crusoe cited access to Nvidia's future Vera Rubin processors.
