Large-scale AI subscriptions will become cheaper for corporate clients starting in October through a new tiered pricing system. Microsoft is preparing discounts of 30% for customers buying between 1,000 and 10,000 seats and 50% for those purchasing 10,000 or more, according to reporting from The Information. Copilot subscriptions currently start at $30 per user per month.

The company will also launch a revamped Copilot "super app" as soon as this week, which integrates AI coding tools and OpenClaw-style agent capabilities. To offset the lower base subscription costs and drive higher usage, Microsoft will shift some monetization toward usage-based charges for specific features within the application.
