The coalition, which includes ServiceNow, Box, Dell, Replit and CrowdStrike, emerges as administration officials clash over technology policy. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is pushing a hardline stance focused on preventing intellectual property theft in overseas models, while Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick has advocated for broader company access to cheaper foreign systems to maintain productivity.
