The community governing ZetaChain voted to end its proprietary blockchain operations in favor of integrating the ZETA token into the Solana network. This transition, which passed with 99.4% support, allows the development team to prioritize Anuma, a private multi-model AI application with more than 300,000 users.

A second vote is required to establish the final shutdown schedule and migration terms before the Layer 1 network is deactivated. The team cited Solana's speed, liquidity, and AI infrastructure as primary drivers for the transition, while current staking and validator operations remain active until the second proposal passes.
