Advanced Micro Devices has reportedly notified business partners that its latest AI accelerators and graphics cards will see a price bump before the end of the year. The roughly 10% increase reflects higher wafer costs from TSMC, the primary manufacturer for the company's advanced-node CPUs and GPUs, and will apply to motherboard chipsets as well.

New pricing policies are scheduled for the fourth quarter, according to a report from Wccftech. AMD depends heavily on TSMC's fabrication plants for its high-end silicon, making the foundry's pricing structure a primary driver of the company's hardware costs.
