Meta Launches First Muse Connector Platform With Stripe Agentic Payments
topics 🤖 AI💻 Tech tags AIAI ProductsAI AgentsAI Enterprise keywords

Third party developers can now build integrations for Meta's AI assistant through a new connector platform that supports native commerce via Stripe. The system allows businesses to plug their APIs into the Muse environment, enabling the agent to execute services and accept agentic payments from users. Initial connectors for Notion and Granola are live, and the service expanded to Canada on Sept. 18 with purchase support through Link wallets.

The platform executes requests within secure virtual machines and requires explicit permission for sensitive actions. Meta previously expanded the assistant's reach with a standalone macOS app for US users and a rollout that took the agent to No. 1 on the App Store. These updates transition the AI from a standalone tool into a commerce ecosystem by integrating payment rails for consumer and small business agents.
