Third party companies can now link their APIs to the Muse AI agent following a developer access release from Meta on Sept. 18. The system allows users to access external services by asking the agent, which then utilizes the browser and session context to perform the requested action. Under the new framework, developers provide the API while Meta provides the agent and browser infrastructure.

The initial release features connectors for Notion and Granola, specifically for managing documents and meeting notes. Additional connectors are scheduled for release to expand the tool ecosystem, enabling the AI agent to handle more specialized tasks across integrated third party services.
