Mark Zuckerberg debuted the Muse Charm, a 5G keychain device with a 2 inch OLED touch screen and dual cameras that ships in December. Meta also unveiled VR glasses that weigh 100g and cost $1,299, utilizing an external processor pack to eliminate head straps. These glasses feature a 5K display, ship in spring 2027, and represent the company's first VR experience delivered in a glasses form factor.

The devices are integrated with Muse, a personal assistant that now supports voice and real-time video. Meta is also expanding its smart glasses lineup with audio models that lack cameras and include FDA cleared hearing aid functionality. To monetize these tools, Meta plans to keep the AI agent free for users while taking a small fee on shopping transactions conducted by the assistant through retail partners such as Walmart and Best Buy.
